Order Processing, Shipping, and Local Pickup.

  • Please allow 2 - 3 days processing time for all orders. Most orders will ship within 2 - 3 days via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

  • As a small business, unless we are offering a promotion, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • For local pickup, you will receive an email within 2 - 3 days of placing your order stating that your items are ready for pickup.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns on all unworn, unused, full-priced merchandise in its original condition (including packaging) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please email francescap.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Returns that meet these conditions will be issued a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back at our shop. All sale items are final sale.

  • Exchanges are only allowed on full-price items and are subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please email francescap@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Buyers are responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

Jewelry Care

  • To keep jewelry looking like new, store in the box provided. Avoid chemical solutions, perfumes, lotions, excessive sweat, ocean water and chlorine. Do not sleep or shower jewelry.
