About Me
In the summer of 2024, I was struggling with depression. On Labor Day weekend, in an attempt to salvage what was left of the warm, sunny days of summer, I took a trip to the Outer Banks with my husband and two dogs. We spent the early mornings walking the beach, playing with the dogs, and collecting beautiful seashells.
At home, I cleaned the shells, set up a small area in my garage, and started creating pieces for family and friends. Working alone in my garage, with my hands, focused on the tiny, intricate details of beading, shifted my attention from my feelings to my craft, and in turn, created a sense of contentment and peace. Making jewelry became my therapy.
I hope my pieces bring a smile to your face and make you feel beautiful.

Order Processing and Shipping
Please allow 1 - 3 days processing time on all orders. Most orders ship within 2 - 3 days via USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive within 5 - 8 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon.
For local pickup, you will receive an email within 1-3 days of placing your order, stating that your items are ready for pickup and instructions on how to pickup your order.
Unless we are offering a promotion on shipping, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on all unworn, unused, full-priced merchandise in its original condition (including packaging) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please email francescap.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Returns that meet these conditions will be issued a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back at our shop. Returned funds may take an additional 4-7 days, depending on your financial institution. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges are only allowed on full-price items and are subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please email francescap.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Buyers are responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
Jewelry Care
To keep jewelry looking like new, store flat in the box provided. Avoid chemical solutions, perfumes, lotions, soaps, excessive sweat, ocean water and chlorine. Please do not sleep or bathe in our pieces.
Repairs
Handcrafted jewelry is delicate; we are happy to make repairs. Please email us at francescap.shop@gmail.com for instructions on how to send us your jewelry for repair.
