Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns on all unworn, unused, full-priced merchandise in its original condition (including packaging) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please email francescap.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Returns that meet these conditions will be issued a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back at our shop. Returned funds may take an additional 4-7 days, depending on your bank. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Exchanges are only allowed on full-price items and are subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please email francescap.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Buyers are responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

• Handcrafted jewelry is delicate; we are happy to make repairs. Please email us at francescap.shop@gmail.com for instructions on how to send us your jewelry for repair.
